Three Points Counselling

Thoughts. Behaviours. Emotions.

The focus is on the connection of behaviours, thoughts, and emotions. By bringing awareness and adjustment to one or all of these aspects, meaningful change will occur.

The Approach

Three Points Counselling knows that you are the expert of your life. We work with you to integrate change how it will work best for you. Individualized approaches are tailored to each client to ensure the most successful outcome.

Three Points Counselling values connection as the basis for change and growth in an individual. We believe in taking a strengths based approach to empower each client. The process may look different for each person, but it starts with connecting human-to-human. The journey is yours but we are lucky enough to be with you for a time. To walk with you while you make connections and grow where you want to grow.

Hello!

My name is Keith Balisky and Three Points Counselling is my dream come true. Part of my goal is to create a safe space for clients and counsellors to initiate change. I want to highlight the strengths and build others around me. Three Points Counselling has been years in the making and I am happy to share my experience with those around me!

Why choose a Registered Counsellor?

A registered member has gone through the necessary steps to ensure that they are able to provide the greatest level of service all while protecting their clients. A registered body such as Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) or British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) takes steps to check on requirements such as adequate supervision, continued education in the field and is ultimately to ensure that clients are protected. Only counsellors registered with CCPA can hold the title certified clinical counsellor (CCC) and only counsellors registered with BCACC can hold a title of registered clinical counsellor (RCC).
